MBS Printing Services is committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. We offer nationwide shipping through J&T Express, Flash Express, and LBC, with same-day delivery options available via Lalamove or Grab Express for select areas.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, and we will provide updates on the estimated delivery schedule. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, while same-day delivery ensures your order arrives within the day if confirmed before the cutoff time.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, destination, and chosen courier service. For same-day delivery, fees depend on the provider’s rates. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by the courier are beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MBS Printing Services. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please note that custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all accessories. To initiate the process, email us at contact@mbsprintingservices.com with your order details and photos of the issue. Once approved, the item must be returned to the specified address. Upon inspection, we will process a replacement or refund.
